📏 Method A: Use an Existing Bangle

1. Find a bangle that fits you comfortably.
2. Measure its inner diameter (in mm).
3. That measurement is your ideal bangle size.

🪢 Method B: Use Your Hand’s Knuckle Circumference

1. Tuck your thumb across your palm (as if putting on a bangle).
2. Use a soft tape or string to wrap around the widest part of your knuckles.
3. Mark the string and measure the length in mm.
4. Use this conversion formula:    Size = Circumference ÷ 3.14
