I was hesitant to buy jade online for various reasons, but after observing the sales representative and the product, I decided to take a chance. I fell in love with the bangle that had a lavender hue with a hint of green. I bought it the day before Chinese New Year’s Eve, so I knew the delivery would take a few weeks. However, the customer service was excellent. They responded promptly to my questions. Once I received an email with the delivery receipt, I received the product a week later. I was amazed by the packaging. They put so much love and care into it because who wants to receive a broken jade? The jade itself was exactly as pictured on the live stream. I absolutely love it! They always have amazing deals, and our beautiful Yvonne, Eris, and Lingling are incredibly accommodating. I was able to get many jade pieces at fair and reasonable prices, and the quality of every piece is amazing very icy, with some looking especially beautiful on my skin.
