Five Colors, Five Elements

In Chinese thought, the Five Elements (Wu Xing) are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. They are less about physical substances than about how energy moves: growing, warming, settling, refining, flowing. Jade has been read through this lens for centuries, so it felt natural to let the same idea shape what holds it.

• Green for Wood. Growth, renewal, the energy of spring.
• Red for Fire. Warmth, vitality, celebration.
• Grey for Earth. Steadiness and grounding.
• Ivory for Metal. Clarity and refinement.
• Blue for Water. Calm, flow, and intuition.

Three Sizes for a Better Fit

Jadeite is one of the toughest gem materials in the world, thanks to its tightly interlocking crystal structure. Tough is not the same as unbreakable. A hard knock can still chip an edge, and pieces that rub against each other can lose their polish over time.

A pouch that fits means less movement inside. Small, medium, and large sizes let each piece rest snugly, whether it is a ring, a pendant, or a bangle.

Larger, Sturdier Bangle and Ring Boxes

Our bangle boxes are now larger and thicker, with more room for wider and fuller bangles and more cushioning around them. The ring boxes have been rebuilt the same way, so a jadeite ring sits securely and stays protected in transit and on your dresser.

The New 15-Slot Bangle Case

For collectors, we have added a 15-slot bangle case: deep green leather outside, soft cream lining inside, and fifteen individual slots. Each bangle has its own place, so stones never touch. It is made for people who rotate their bangles with the seasons, keep a growing collection, or simply want to see everything at once when they open the lid.

Good packaging works best alongside good habits.

• Store pieces separately. Diamonds, sapphires, and other harder gems can scratch jadeite.
• Wipe after wearing. A soft dry cloth removes skin oils and keeps the surface bright.
• Avoid hard drops. Most damage happens on tile or stone floors. Take bangles off before sports or heavy work.
• Keep away from harsh chemicals. Remove jewelry before cleaning, swimming in chlorinated water, or applying perfume.
