4. Custom Design Orders

Each piece we create is made-to-order, based on your preferences. Our custom order process includes:

Initial Consultation — gemstone selection and design visioning
Design Confirmation — including materials, measurements, and final artwork
Deposit Payment — required to initiate production
Production & Crafting — timeline ranges from 15–30 days depending on complexity
Final Shipment — insured and trackable

Once a design is confirmed and production begins, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices include:

Precious metal fees based on weight
Handcrafting fees
Packaging
Optional certification

Shipping fees may apply depending on the destination.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via reputable carriers such as SF Express or DHL, and will provide tracking information once your piece is dispatched.

TATHATĀ is not liable for delays caused by customs or force majeure.
Please inspect packages upon arrival. If damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

7. Returns & Repairs

Due to the bespoke nature of our work:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is proven to be defective.
In the rare event of non-human manufacturing issues, we offer free repair or remake upon verification.
All stones, metals, and design choices are confirmed by the client before production.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our site or services, including but not limited to:

Uploading harmful or false content
Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the site
Infringing on our intellectual property or violating applicable laws

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure accuracy and functionality, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content. TATHATĀ is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
